Antibiotics resistance in pathogenic bacteria isolated from water and sediment around the floating fish farms in the Nha Trang bay

To assess the impact of antibiotic use in aquaculture Nha Trang bay, we conducted this study with aim assessing resistance opportunistic pathogenic bacteria isolated from water and sediment around shrimp/fish cages bay. 109 strains Vibrio, Salmonella-Shigella Aeromonas groups were surrounding environment farming areas Dam Bay Hon Mieu. Antimicrobial test these showed that Bay, TET (96.6%) NIT (92.5%) two antibiotics highest rates resistant while no to RIF. All 5 types had a statistically insignificant percentage antibiotic-resistant samples at Mieu, ranging 33.3% 68.9%. Also environment, rate was not influenced by distance (42.5–66.6%). Meanwhile, observed 200 m (100%) away lowest 100 (20%). In cages, both Mieu against TET, NIF RIF bacteria. Among total tested for resistance, 2 labeled TCBS_HM200 SS_HM200 found be all antibiotics. These respectively identified as Vibrio harveyi Oceanimonas sp.
